Handball in Vršovice since 1922
A traditional club of T.J. Sokol Praha Vršovice. More than a hundred years of handball, hundreds of children and two teams in the 1st League.

Sokol Vršovice is a traditional handball club with more than a hundred years of history. We are one of the largest handball clubs in the Czech Republic and have the largest youth base in Bohemia.
For us, handball is more than a sport. It is a place where children and adults grow, learn to work together, take on challenges and build friendships that last a lifetime.
Children here learn not only technique and the rules of the game, but also respect, responsibility, teamwork and a healthy attitude to exercise. We work with schools, organise public events and involve parents and volunteers.
We want to be a club where everyone feels welcome, whatever their age or level.

The falcon from the club crest now has a look that children remember. He is named after Heroldovy sady, the park where our sports hall stands.
