Privacy policy
This website is operated by Tělocvičná jednota Sokol Praha Vršovice, a branch association of Česká obec sokolská (the Czech Sokol Organisation), company ID (IČO) 00552941, with its registered office at Vršovické náměstí 111/2, 101 00 Praha 10, entered in the register of associations kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, section L, file 27649. The handball section is part of the association. The association is the controller of personal data. Please send any questions to info@hazenasokolvrsovice.cz. Forms
When you write to us using a form (joining, sports hall rental, partnership, question), we store your name, your contact details, the child’s year of birth (for joining) and the text of your message. We use this data only to reply to you and to arrange what you are interested in. The message goes to the club’s email inbox and to the club’s editorial application. It is seen by the club committee, by members of the team that looks after club communication and by the coaches they pass the message on to. We do not sell your data or pass it on to anyone outside the club. We delete messages after 12 months at the latest. If you become a member, we process further data in line with the association’s principles and the membership system.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to your message, and negotiations about membership, rental or partnership at your request.
Photos and names
We publish photos from matches, training sessions and events, results and the names of coaches and officials on the website. For children, we do not publish team lists, dates of birth or contact details. Before publication, every photo is approved by the club team, which checks that it does not show children whose parents do not agree to publication. The news section also includes posts that the club has published on its Instagram and Facebook. When we delete a post on social media, it disappears from the website within an hour.
Do you not want to appear in a photo? Write to info@hazenasokolvrsovice.cz with a link to the photo. We will remove it from the website by the next day at the latest.
Fanshop and payments
When you order goods in the fanshop or pay through a club payment link (for example for a training camp), we store your name, email address, phone number, what you ordered or are paying for, and the payment status. We use this data to process the order or payment and to contact you about collection. Card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland). Only Stripe sees your card details, the club does not. Orders and payments are accounting records, so we keep them for the period required by accounting and tax regulations (no longer than 10 years).
The legal basis is the performance of a contract (the order) and compliance with the club’s legal obligations.
Cookies and analytics
The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you. We do not store any cookies other than technically necessary ones, so we do not ask for your consent. Fonts and images are loaded from our own server. The OpenStreetMap map loads only when you click on it yourself on the Contact page. Links to Instagram and Facebook lead to their websites, where their own terms apply.
The website runs on Cloudflare infrastructure, which processes technical access data (such as your IP address) for security and protection against attacks. For forms, we store only an encrypted fingerprint of your address for one hour, to prevent spam.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. Just write to info@hazenasokolvrsovice.cz. If you think we are not handling your data correctly, you can contact the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).
